Meadowmont

Meadowmont is a 425 acre mixed-use community in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. It includes approximately 1,200 homes, condos, and apartments, congregate care, retail, office, elementary school, swim club, pocket parks, greenway and Town Park. A future mass transit corridor bisects the site with a primary stop planned for the village center.

Meadowmont helped to pioneer the mixed-use ‘neo-traditional’ neighborhood pattern in the North Carolina region and was among the first internalized retail centers to become successful. The entitlement process began in 1995 and the project reached substantial completion in 2006. Meadowmont was developed by East West Partners Management Co. Inc.
